Schultz Hall is named after Theodore Schultz. A Nobel Memorial Prize recipient in Economic Sciences for this theories in human capital. He is the only 成人视频 alumnus recognized among the first century of Nobel laureates. Schultz graduated from South Dakota State College with a bachelor of science degree in agriculture in 1927 and completed his graduate work at the University of Wisconsin. After his graduate work he was hired as a member of the economics faculty at Iowa State University. After five years he was named department head and was noted for creating one of the best programs in the Midwest. He then moved to University of Chicago in 1946 as the economics department head where he researched agricultural economics and taught. He continued to work at the University of Chicago into his late 80s and continued to write into his 90s. His work still influences study in agricultural economics.
