³ÉÈËÊÓƵ landscape architecture students compete, place third in Istanbul
Two South Dakota State University students in the landscape architecture program competed in an international competition in Istanbul, Turkey. Jake Pytleski and Miranda Peck represented the ³ÉÈËÊÓƵ School of Design in the International Federation of Landscape Architects conference Sept. 4-6. Pytleski’s team placed third in the conference competition.

Researchers in South Dakota State University's School of Design, in cooperation with ³ÉÈËÊÓƵ Extension, are evaluating how South Dakota residents use and value the state's coveted water resources through a region-wide survey.

Adam Devlin, a recent master’s graduate in the South Dakota State University Department of Agronomy, Horticulture and Plant Science, worked on a collaborative project with faculty in the School of Design to bring awareness to the hardships of South Dakota farmers and the effects of soil composition in various subjects.
Bergstrom recognized by New Jersey Chapter of American Society of Landscape Architects
Jeremiah Bergstrom, lecturer of landscape architecture in the South Dakota State University School of Design, has received a top award from the New Jersey Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects for a collaborative project on rising floodwaters.
