Join an engaging discussion on the women鈥檚 suffrage movement led by , Professor of History and Gender Studies. Dr. Egge joins us via Zoom to recount the stories of suffragettes in the Midwest, with a focus on Black women simultaneously fighting for civil rights.

Explore different styles of quilts and types of quilting with local experts. The first 30 students who arrive will learn a basic sewing stitch and get a FREE quilted coaster kit to start and take home. All participants can create a paper quilt pattern for display. No previous sewing experience required!
