4th Annual 成人视频 Extension Specialty Crop Field Day

成人视频 Campus Specialty Crop Research Field- South
South Dakota State University Extension welcomes the community to the 2024 Specialty Crop Field Day on Tuesday, September 10, from 4:00-7:00 p.m. CDT at the 成人视频 campus in Brookings, SD. This event will feature a series of presentations and field tours related to small to mid-scale commercial vegetable production research trials. Beginning and current specialty crop producers will benefit greatly from this event, and non-profit organizations, technical service providers, Master Gardeners, and home gardeners are all invited to attend.

The 4th听annual Specialty Crop Field Day will provide attendees an opportunity to tour research plots that feature cucumbers, tomatoes, melons, onions, peppers, and broccolini. A variety of soil health and disease management strategies will be discussed. Two newly constructed high tunnels will also be featured. Soil health demonstrations will be led in collaboration with the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service. Throughout the event, 成人视频 faculty, 成人视频 Extension specialists, and local organizations will staff educational booths to share resources related to support the success of specialty crops in South Dakota.

This event is family friendly, and all are welcome! This will be a great networking event with multiple chances to learn from students, extension specialists, and each other. This tour will include walking, so please wear appropriate footwear that can get dirty.

Follow 鈥湷扇耸悠 Extension Horticulture鈥 signs that will direct you to event parking. While this event is rain or shine, in the event of an active storm watch or warning the event will be canceled. Please leave all pets at home.
