Merry Christmas and joyful holiday wishes! This charming cardboard novelty box bears the scene of a child whispering his Christmas wishes to Santa Claus. The box has a white string handle and on the top and bottom is printed a red airplane. Printed on one of the flaps is “Secrets No. 51”. The side flaps fold down on each end and are printed with snow covered pine trees. Boxes like this one were, and still are today, used for candies and other small treats, toys or perhaps used as a party favor.
