2025-2026 Housing Application

The 2025-2026 Application opens October 1, 2024 in the Housing Portal.

Returning Tenants

Tenants who currently hold a signed lease will have priority for re-application/selection. They will have until November 15, 2024 to renew their lease for 2025.

NEW Tenants for Spring 2025

We will begin making offers in November 2024.

NEW Tenants for Summer/Fall 2025

The application for the 2025-2026 academic year can be found in the Housing Portal, for all students with a high school graduation of 2023 or earlier. Housing and Residential Life will start making offers in November 2024 as availability is confirmed.
