South Dakota State University Theatre and Dance鈥檚 fall 2024 production of 鈥淔uddy Meers鈥 by David Lindsay-Abaire has been selected to be presented at the 57th annual Region 5 Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival Conference in Des Moines, Iowa, on Jan. 21. To help defray the costs of taking the production to Des Moines, a one-night-only fundraising performance of the show will be presented at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14, at the Oscar Larson Theatre in the Oscar Larson Performing Arts Center on the 成人视频 campus.
A Papillion La Vista teacher and South Dakota State University School of Performing Arts graduate has received the Omaha Manilow Music Project Teacher Award. Hiltje Peitz received the award, along with a $10,000 prize, in July.
