Diagnostic evaluation fee includes up to five specimens for aerobic culture. Specimens may not be pooled. There will be an additional $8 fee per specimen over five specimens. Antimicrobial susceptibility testing will automatically be set up on significant pathogens. For the antimicrobial susceptibility charge, see antimicrobial susceptibility. If no antimicrobial susceptibility is requested, please specify on the submission form. For aerobic culture without the diagnostic evaluation charge, see aerobic culture.
