成人视频 Parking Rules and Regulations

The 成人视频 Parking Rules and Regulations have been recommended and approved by the 成人视频 Parking and Traffic Committee, the vice president of finance and business and the president of South Dakota State University.

These regulations are effective beginning on July 1, 2024.

To better familiarize yourself with parking on campus and to avoid citations, please review the 成人视频 Parking Rules and Regulations prior to parking your vehicle on campus.

Enforcement

Anyone operating a vehicle on campus is responsible for being familiar with and complying with all Parking Regulations. Lack of knowledge is not considered a valid excuse to violate parking rules and regulations.

The university reserves the right to ticket, immobilize or tow vehicles that are parked on campus in violation of any rule as established in the current Parking Rules and Regulations. All campus parking and traffic regulations are enforced in all parking lots.

Parking permits allow parking in designated parking lots. The responsibility for finding a legal parking space rests with the vehicle operator. Lack of a parking space is not considered a valid excuse for violation of these regulations.

All parking citations will be assessed to the owner of the parking permit with the understanding that any citation follows the permit, not the vehicle or individual. Permit holders are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date vehicle information, as well as monitoring and securing permit information.

In the event of a vehicle sale, it is the permit holder鈥檚 responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is removed from their permit. If a sold vehicle is issued a citation on campus and is still on the sellers permit, the seller will be responsible for the citations unless a bill of sale can be produced.

Snow Removal

The following parking regulation applies when Parking Services is needing to remove snow from parking lots. Failure to follow these regulations will result in a fine and/or your vehicle being towed.

  • All lots except Student Resident southeast and northwest must be vacated from 2-5 a.m. for snow removal purposes.
  • Staff and commuting students required to be on campus overnight, and have been issued an after-hours permit, must park in the Lot 166 (West Dykhouse Stadium).
  • In the event that you arrive on campus and your normal parking lot has not been cleared, please proceed to Lot 166 (West Dykhouse Stadium) to park.

Overnight Parking

  • If you have mechanical problems with your vehicle and it requires to be parked overnight, please notify the University Police Department at 605-688-5117.
