I am a population health evaluation specialist, providing program evaluation services for the South Dakota Department of Health Office of Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion. I specialize in evaluation of cancer programs, leading program evaluation and assessment efforts for the South Dakota Cancer Registry, the South Dakota Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program, the South Dakota Colorectal Cancer Control Program and the South Dakota Comprehensive Cancer Control Program. I have worked on a variety of research, evaluation and assessment projects over the last decade and have gained expertise in the areas of policy development, tobacco control, patient navigation, cancer prevention and screening, cancer survivorship, evidence-based practice and health system partnerships.
