Research and Scholar Work

Areas of Research
  1. Vicarious Calibration of Orbital Imaging platforms via field work and atmospheric measurement at the time of overpass.
  2. Atmospheric Compensation of satellite based measurements to correct for the optical distortions caused by viewing the surface of the Earth from space.
  3. Global processing of the world, using cloud computing platforms, such as Google Earth Engine, to develop new and novel global scale calibration techniques.
  4. UAV and Satellite applications that support precision agriculture.
