Biography

Dr. Michael Pawlovich is an assistant professor in the department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at South Dakota State University (成人视频). He received his Ph.D. degree from Iowa State University. His research interests include traffic safety, traffic operations, statistical analysis, visualization and emerging technologies.
Prior to attaining his current position 成人视频 in 2018, he was a lecturer at 成人视频 for one year. Prior to that, he was with for the Iowa Department of Transportation (DOT) in the Office of Traffic and Safety for 17 years, working as the traffic safety/crash data engineer. During this time, he developed methods and software to analyze crash data in combination primarily with road and traffic attribute data, helped develop an intersection database and collaborated with university and national researchers on a variety of traffic safety-related research.
