Yes advance tickets are required. The GOAL: easier access to parking and no waiting in long lines outside to get to the main event – the LIGHTS! With this plan, ample room for all to enjoy the great outdoors in the most magical way.

There is no maximum, although each 15 minute timeslot only allows 60 people. 

Purchasing tickets for more than one night? GREAT! You will need to get separate tickets for each night. You can add multiple nights to your cart before checkout. After one night is added, at the bottom of your screen it will show options you may also be interested in - you can click on those other dates to add to your cart. 

There will NOT be a way to purchase tickets in person, on-site during the hours of Garden Glow. If you can access the ticket site via your own mobile device, then you could potentially get a ticket if the night is not yet sold out. 

������Ƶ uses Paciolan for all special event ticketing. Customers will need to make a new account if they have not already created one on . While you may recognize the same sales flow as athletics, this site is separate from the athletics site and will require a new account.

Patrons may see "������Ƶ Athletics" as the description in their bank account as we share our credit card processing with them. 

At your ticketed time slot, arrive and park. Present your tickets via your mobile device or printed copy to the admission booth attendant. If you hold tickets for someone that is not in your vehicle, kindly wait until the entire party arrives. Timing is a crucial step towards having the best experience possible for all.

Igloo rentals can be purchase as an add-on experience when purchasing your Garden Glow tickets. Igloo rental times are available each night of Garden Glow from 5:30-7 p.m. or 7:30-9 p.m. 

Each guest can expect to spend 15-30 minutes on their walk depending on how long they are mesmerized by the glow.

YES. Restrooms and gift shop WILL be open for your convenience during Garden Glow.

Make sure to bundle up! This is a walking path throughout our Formal Gardens that covers four acres. Pathways will be cleared to walk. Our recommendation is to wear warm clothes such as, winter jacket, winter boots, hats and mittens.

You are NOT able to drive through Garden Glow. Garden Glow lives along a one-directional walking trail through four acres of the formal gardens. When you arrive at the entrance to the gardens, a volunteer will greet you and share instructions on the pathway. As we say at McCrory, please use caution – nature happens. Snow, ice and rabbits. The path is accessible for wagons, strollers, wheel chairs and walkers.

Dogs and other pets should stay at home where it is warm.

However, mark your calendar for Jan. 6, 2024. “Doggie Date Night” is scheduled for the final night of Garden Glow – dogs will be ALLOWED into Garden Glow on this one special night.
