Healthcare Simulation Research Symposium
Join us on Sept. 16, 2024 for the Healthcare Simulation Research Symposium. This year's theme is Mastering the Future: Building Expertise with Simulation.
There will be an option to attend virtually or in-person. The in-person activities will be hosted at the South Dakota State University College of Nursing site in Rapid City.
Submit your content by April 4, 2025. NCPDs will be offered for symposium activities. Accepted presenters will be notified in May and may be asked to submit additional information following acceptance

We're looking for motivating presentations that highlight healthcare simulation expertise and provide key innovation growth for the future.

Types of Presentations
- Keynote: 60-minutes
- Workshop: 90-minutes
- Panel presentations: 60-minutes
- Hot topic: 10 minute
- Podium presentation: 30 minutes
- Poster: includes 5-minute pre-recorded session.
The deadline for content is April 4.
High-quality healthcare simulation activities improve human health and quality of life for people in the state of South Dakota, the region and the nation. It is our vision that this symposium will support education and research in our region and beyond.
