O’Neill was program manager for the Office of Remote Sensing. Her responsibilities progressed from technician duties to training and management. She served ³ÉÈËÊÓƵ as a researcher, instructor and project manager. She specialized in geospatial technologies, remote sensing, geographic information systems and global positioning systems. The papers are composed of course material, college course notes, files related to her work with AmericaView, South Dakota View, Upper Midwest Aerospace Consortium and South Dakota State University. Also included is material related to the many research projects related to geospatial technologies, remote sensing, geographic information systems and global positioning systems.
