Biography

Dr. Droke teaches both undergraduate and graduate nutrition and dietetics classes. She serves as the program coordinator for the Ph.D. in nutrition and exercise sciences program, for the M.S. in dietetics and for the M.S. in nutrition and exercise sciences - nutritional sciences specialization. She is involved in the scholarship of teaching and learning in relation to nutrition and dietetics.
