Diploma and Graduation RSVP Information

Diplomas will be mailed out to each graduate by Parchment. Graduates will also receive a complementary digital diploma sent to their personal email address.

For diploma or graduation requirement questions, please contact the Records and Registration office at 605-688-6195. Diplomas will be mailed in July for Spring graduates, October for Summer graduates and March for Fall graduates.

You will receive email instructions at the end of the term you plan to graduate about how to update your diploma delivery address. If you need to order a copy of your diploma or a digital diploma please use our Past Graduates Diploma Order Form.

You will RSVP for commencement through your MyState portal by logging in and locating the Graduation Application Info card on the right-hand side of your Dashboard. There, you will find the link to confirm your attendance.
