Student Instructions for Scheduling Appointments through ConnectState
ConnectState Login:
- Login to
- Find the ConnectState section and click on the blue ConnectState hyperlink in the description
Once you have logged in to ConnectState, follow the steps below.
- Select the 鈥淪chedule an Appointment鈥 button on the right-hand side of your home page.
- Select 鈥淎cademic Advising鈥 from the dropdown menu to get a second dropdown menu to appear.
- Select the reason you want to meet with your advisor from the second dropdown menu.
- Click on 鈥淣ext.鈥
- From the location dropdown menu, select First Year Advising 鈥 Wintrode Center.
- Click in the 鈥淲hich adviser?鈥 dialog box and click on the advisor in which you want to meet.
- Click on 鈥淣ext鈥.
- View dates with availabilities and select 鈥淢orning鈥 or 鈥淎fternoon鈥 to see specific times available for those dates. (Use the arrows near the top of the calendar to advance by week to see future availabilities.)
- Click on the desired date and time from the available options and click on 鈥淣ext鈥.
- Confirm that the date, time and adviser selected are accurate and use the comment box to provide additional information about the reason for your appointment.
- Click on 鈥淪end Me an E-mail鈥 to set up an appointment reminder.
- Click on 鈥淐onfirm Appointment鈥 to schedule the appointment. You must confirm your appointment for it to be fully scheduled.
